Vanessa Harryhausen

Vanessa Harryhausen is a Trustee of the Ray and Diana Harryhausen Foundation, and is Ray’s daughter.
 

Vanessa grew up around her father’s films and creations, being on set for all of his film from ‘The Valley of Gwangi‘ until ‘Clash of the Titans‘. Vanessa later became a Trustee of the Foundation, and is passionate about the preservation and promotion of her father’s legacy.

John Walsh

John Walsh is a trustee of the Ray and Diana Harryhausen Foundation. He is a double BAFTA nominated filmmaker and best-selling author. After graduating from the London Film School, John founded his own film production company, Walsh Bros Ltd, which became one of the UK’s top 100 production companies. His books include Harryhausen: The Lost Movies and his acclaimed Official Story of the Film series with titles on Flash Gordon, Escape From New York, Dr Who & The Daleks, Conan The Barbarian and The Wicker Man.

Steve Henderson

Dr Steve Henderson is the Editor of Skwigly Online Animation Magazine and Director of the Manchester Animation Festival. Steve regularly hosts exhibitions, events and discussions on animation at film festivals. He sits on the jury of several animation awards and competitions. He has a PhD from Loughborough University focussed on Animation Archives and British Children's Television Animation. He lectures at Manchester School of Art.

Timon Singh

Timon Singh is a Producer for BFI's Film Audience Network, where he works with exhibitors on UK-wide film seasons. He is a director of the Forbidden Worlds Film Festival.

Timon also runs the Bristol Bad Film Club, a monthly genre film night in the city, and wrote the book Born To Be Bad: Talking to the greatest villains in action cinema.
